In Museums

STARING AT THE MOON - BRIAN ROCHEFORT

14 SEP - 02 NOV, 2024

Sean Kelly is delighted to present Staring at the Moon, Brian Rochefort's first exhibition at Sean Kelly, Los Angeles. Rochefort will present new sculptures in an installation that will reconfigure the architecture of the gallery. Rochefort's mixed-media sculptures incorporate a variety of different textures, surfaces and colors to create rich, otherworldly forms.

YOU NEVER DID ANYTHING WRONG - NAN GOLDIN

12 SEP - 19 OCT, 2024

Gagosian is pleased to announce Nan Goldin: You never did anything wrong at 522 West 21st Street, New York. Opening on September 12, the exhibition consists of two new moving-image works presented in specially designed pavilions and an extensive body of new photographs. This is Goldin's first exhibition of new work since joining Gagosian in 2023.

CYCLICALITIES - RACHEL MICA WEISS

19 SEP - 2 NOV 2024

CARVALHO PARK announces the opening of New York-based sculptor, Rachel Mica Weiss's debut solo exhibition with the gallery, Cyclicalities. On the heels of her solo presentation at The Armory Show, New York, the artist presents an extended body of ambitious sculpture in the gallery's newly expanded space at 112 Waterbury Street in Brooklyn, marking a significant moment in Weiss's career and practice.

A TOTEM FOR THE HIGH LINE - ARTHUR SIMMS

31 AUG,2024 - 03 AUG, 2025

For the High Line, Simms creates a new site-specific sculpture, A Totem for the High Line. In addition to materials that have become core to his body of work— wood, rope, and personal objects-A Totem for the High Line. also speaks directly to its site, both on the High Line and in New York City.
